Ready for a little casual game blasphemy? I like Jewel Quest more than Bejeweled. There, I said it. Both games use the universal match-three formula with sparkling gems, but Jewel Quest layers the challenge with odd-shaped game fields and the need to color in the grid behind the gems in order to finish the stage. There's just more going on in Jewel Quest and I appreciate that. Which is why, no surprise here, I like Jewel Quest Deluxe on the iPhone quite a bit. Jewel Quest Deluxe moves the storyline out of the jungle and into India where you must help the explorer Rupert find great treasures amongst the grand architecture and back alleys. Of course, you assist Rupert's quest by matching up gems in a play field. However, Jewel Quest Deluxe offers several types of matches than just completing a straight puzzle. Levi Buchanan
